The switchover from order to chaos

Here I will make the attempt to drill down even further to the root causes of what appeared to be the Western world’s unprecedented rejection of tried-and-tested philosophers and scientists such as Aristotle, Cicero, Plato, and the physician Galen in a strange capitulation to “out there” philosophic fantasists like Epicurus and his Roman disciple, Lucretius.

It was the would-be rehabilitation of those ancient materialist thinkers by the Scottish philosopher David Hume, in the late 18th century, coupled with the later Victorian crisis of faith and the sudden irruption into this already volatile mix of Charles Darwin which was to result in the particularly strange irrationalism which has stubbornly persisted right up to the present day.

This abdication of normal canons of reason consisted in people forsaking traditional norms of philosophical common sense and (effectively) throwing in their lot with the ancient goddess of chance, Lady Fortuna (or Lady Luck as she was later to be called), that accursed personification of unreliability whom the ancient philosopher Boethius, Geoffrey Chaucer, and many others have arraigned since time out of mind for being incapable of any productive and dependable action on behalf of struggling humanity.

Thomas is onto something big. This change from order to chaos happened in politics when the orderly and genetically determined sequence of hereditary kings was replaced by the random dice-toss of revolutions and "elections". Not coincidentally, the replacers (Robespierre, Tom Paine, etc) were psychopaths devoted to SMASHING order and life, and ENFORCING perfect chaos and death.

Around the same time, science abandoned the quest for order. The Arab and Persian astrologers, trailed by Kepler and Brahe and Chaucer, were observing the heavens to discern God's will. After Kepler, astronomers stopped looking for order and contented themselves with sampling the dots.

Also around the same time, economics was taken over by BETTING MEN who developed statistics to profit from rolling dice and shuffling cards. Previous investment had been based on common sense and personal involvement. Two-way obligations between the investor and the farm or business, and two-way obligations between employer and worker. Sharia codified this arrangement best, but it was also strongly encouraged by Catholic and Jewish economic systems.

The stock market broke up the obligations, turning investment into a fungible and STATISTICAL process with no common sense or human connection. Share Value functions on multi-layer SIDE BETS, not personal judgment of competence.

When the psychopaths took over biology, they abandoned the two-way obligation loop of feedback. Natural selection is explicitly random, bringing in the astronomer's pet randomizer of cosmic rays. Unpredictable particles change the genome, and unpredictable climate events decide which changed version will survive.

Finally in 1906 the psychopaths took over physics and math. Godel and Bohr declared that everything is perfectly unpredictable. We're not allowed to trust our own senses and instruments; we must wait for a Credentialed And Approved Scientist to tell us whether the cat is there or not.

Darwinians assume God is a psychopath just like them. Change the rules, kill the defiant, change the rules again, kill the defiant again, loop forever. Never allow the victim to regain BALANCE or swing with a RHYTHM or form his own FEEDBACK LOOPS with your chaotic torture.

Actual nature has constant rules. The inherited mechanisms of negative feedback (life) interact with the predetermined patterns of inanimate nature (weather, geomagnetic fields, earthquakes) in an infinite pattern of two-way loops.

Two-way? Yes. Every life form alters the inanimate parts of nature. Bacteria dissolve rocks and build new rocks, and create and move clouds. Trees break up rocks and build soil, and change temperature and humidity patterns. Complex animals dig up minerals and food, plant more food, and build hives and houses and dams. Intelligent brains reshape the magnetic field.

Saagar and Krystal have been hitting a basic question of marketing. They ask why governments are pushing vax with fear and panic instead of reward and respect. Marketers and advertisers have always known that reward works, while anger provokes resistance. No mystery, no "studies" needed.

The obvious answer is that media and government DON'T WANT to get the population vaxed. Media and government WANT to have a convenient scapegoat for the next hypertotal lockdown plus 10000000000000000000 layers of muzzle plus 10000000000000000 layers of lucite.

It's not our fault, it's YOUR fault.

Saagar points out an inconvenient fact: The firmest antivaxers are black and Hispanic. He doesn't mention a similar fact: The original antivaxers are OCD Gaian hippies in Seattle and Portland. More broadly, this complete switchover of persuasion started gradually in 1970 then avalanched in 2001. The same "bioterror" demons who brought us 9/11 are still at work in the same government offices, bringing us the 2020 holocaust.

The target variable is simply ATTENTION.

In earlier decades media REWARDED us for paying attention. After 2001, media grabs attention ONLY by inducing maximum fear and panic.

Newspapers were always panicators, and haven't changed. Radio is where the change was most evident.

I've discussed this before.

Let's reuse my most recent example, the Chicago-based 'Calling All Detectives'. Most of the episodes online were digitized from the transcription, leaving out the actual quiz. Only one episode includes it.

The intro turns on your pleasant anticipation::

What is the real name of S. S. Van Dine? That is the Sealy Mystery Quiz question, now worth $180. If the person we call at the end of the program can answer a question based on tonight's story, he or she will EARN a Sealy Innerspring Mattress, plus a chance to answer the Sealy Mystery Quiz Question. So pull up a chair and LISTEN CLOSELY.

Then the story itself proceeds. You don't know which detail will be quizzed, so your brain is in FULL ATTENTION mode with a pleasant flavor, gathering up all possible info.

After the story, the narrator himself makes two calls live. The quiz detail was the town where two characters got married, an incidental fact mentioned only once, not an important plot point. On this day, neither of the callees knew the answer, so the Mystery Quiz clicked up to $200 for next time. [This recording was made at WGN, which originated the show. I assume other stations would use their own announcers to call local residents during this time segment.]

Note especially the PAY FOR VALUE aspect. You are asked to do MENTAL WORK in order to EARN a mattress, which is certainly a pleasant goal for most folks. [Americans had plenty of money in 1948, but housing and furniture were extremely hard to find.]

Now we have to pay attention to every screech that comes from demons like Inslee, because we never know when the next horrible STOMP will be announced. Demon Inslee held two-hour press conferences, basically 98% anti-Trump screeching, and near the end he announced the next lethal Phases and SubPhases. You had to absorb two hours of raw poisonous hatred if you wanted to be prepared for the next circle of hell.

The two forms of persuasion are precisely symmetrical. Pleasant attention induced by the anticipation of EARNING a reward, versus TERROR induced by the need to survive when trapped in the same room with a crazed kidnapper and murderer.

Just noting a connection that needs further exploration.

Last summer's riots were unquestionably related SOMEHOW to the holocaust. All of the participating murderers officially SCREECHED that riots are an intrinsic part of Public "Health". The clinic where I'm forced to get annual "checkups" sent out an official email PRESCRIBING RIOTS AS THE CURE FOR PANDEMICS.

The correlation is lethally clear. But how and why? Where's the causation or the driving force?

One dubious hypothesis, based loosely on old dystopian novels:

It's a switchover.

Diseases are now crimes and crimes are now diseases.

Defund and disempower cops. Simultaneously give all power and money to the Public Death Officers.

This doesn't seem to hit the point. Maybe it's a start, maybe not.

Variable that isn't accounted for: The riots were more crudely political than the rest of this shit. Riots in 2020 because the puppet in the White House had R on his label. No riots in 2021 because the puppet in the White House has D on his label.

The media might be the main driver for the riots. Media are crudely and stupidly partisan, while the organizers of the holocaust are above labels. They started work under the command of Bush Junior, and continued smoothly through Obama and Trump and Biden, three changes of label.

While USA and UK are "debating" whether the death penalty plus torture or just the plain death penalty is the best punishment for heretics who insist that gender is binary, Russia continues running in the opposite direction.



Russia's constitutional working group is trying to add an amendment stating firmly and legally that a family is a male father and a female mother. Putin approves.

This is getting a little repetitive, but the contrast is so STARK and the difference is ACCELERATING so fast that I have to keep noticing. We are killing our culture and our people faster and faster and faster while Russia and others are RESTORING natural law faster and faster and faster.

  Something I hadn't heard before
Old Sovietologist Steve Cohen is pretty much the only valid historian. In this interview he says lots of familiar true facts, plus one fact I hadn't heard before.

At the start of the Switchover in 1990, most Russians were ready to 'join the West', ready to form a cautious alliance with USA. Their attitude reversed quickly when Yeltsin became our mindless puppet. Yeltsin, following explicit orders from Clinton, obliterated Russia. Understandably the people didn't enjoy being obliterated.

Our idiotic experts now blame Putin for turning the people against the obliterators.

This is an exact replica of our 1918 actions. Even before Armistice we were working WITH the Kraut side to occupy and subvert Russia. We wanted the Revolution to result in an Axis slave. Our meddling turned Russians against our pet Mensheviks and gave the victory to the Bolsheviks.

The same story is repeated in dozens of other countries, including China in 1946. We start a revolution or meddle in an ongoing revolution, aiming to set up a slave government. Sometimes our meddling succeeds for a while, but whether successful or not we manage to turn the PEOPLE solidly against us.

As Yeltsin was losing his mind and body to alcohol, he made one heroic move. He recommended Putin as his successor, convincing Clinton that Putin would continue blind obedience. Putin turned out to be the literal savior of Russia, solving problems FAST and turning Russia into a self-sufficient modern prosperous country, USING RUSSIAN CULTURE AND TRADITION, AND USING SOVIET SYSTEMS.

  Unilateral is meaningless
Sane and sensible writers often conflate unilateralism with aggression, and conflate nationalism with aggression.

They presume that acting in accordance with "international law" is the same thing as peace.

There's no correlation at all.

Since 1946, USA has been the main aggressor in the world, and USA has also been the main multilateralist and the main globalist. Trump makes nationalist noises, but he acts just like previous presidents. He follows the orders of Saudi and Israel, uses Britain and France and others as accessory armies to destroy countries that displease Lord Bibi and Lord Adelson. That's the opposite of unilateral, the opposite of alone.

Gangsters and loners are opposites. USA is a gangster.

In 2000 Putin decided UNILATERALLY to run Russia defensively, not aggressively. This is a strong Russian tradition, starting with Nicholas. As USA's aggression toward Russia got more violent, Russia broke Graybill's Law and developed its own skills and resources. Again this is a tradition; Russia never offshored its skills and industries, so Putin didn't have to turn the culture and schools around. He just needed to mobilize and organize the existing tendency.

Initially Putin was going it alone. Soon other countries observed the difference. Countries that were tired of the USA mob protection racket quietly began dealing with Russia, developing their own skills and defenses after Russia's example.

Now we have two multilateral groupings. One is an aggressive murderous gang, destroying skills and cultures wherever it touches. The other is a defensive cluster, expanding skills and maintaining cultures.

As for "international law", it doesn't exist. There's no point in wasting thought and effort on the subject. USA built the UN to serve its own aggressive purposes. Sometimes UN rebels against USA control, sometimes it's a pure tool of USA. If you use UN Resolutions as your standard, you're lost.

The only thing that matters is aggression vs defense. If you're aggressing multi-ly, you're still aggressing. If you're aggressing uni-ly, you're still aggressing.

NATURAL LAW. NEVER ATTACK. ALWAYS DEFEND.

While brushing teeth last night I happened to notice the Procter and Gamble logo on the Crest toothpaste.

Started thinking: About 30 years ago P&G was a target of Christian cultists who saw 666 symbols in everything. Now the same boycott-the-symbol mentality is a specialty of globalist cultists, not Christians.

Aha! This runs parallel to the concern with chemical purity. On that subject the switchover is familiar, but the switch on symbols is a new recognition.

Those two fetishes run together. People who worry about fluoride in the water and vaccinations in the arm and carbon dioxide in the air ALSO worry about the power of a logo or a picture on a Crest toothpaste tube or a Nike shoe or a stoplight.

Witchcraft. A word or a symbol or a micropercentage of a substance has total power.

  Testing the paranoia circuits
It was obvious from the start that Trump wasn't a RUSSIAN_BOT. He was just running his sleazy business, trying to open a sleazy casino in Moscow along with everywhere else in the world. Russia didn't like the deal, so Trump stopped trying and moved on to other places. Nothing important, not remotely related to politics.

BUT: If we turn up the paranoia dial and observe results instead of words, we have to ask if EVERYONE in the USA dysgovernment is a RUSSIAN_BOT. All of our actions since 1990 have ended up in total failure, and Russia has been gathering up the failures and recreating the Soviet Bloc.

Are we intentionally failing? It's possible but highly unlikely. The situation is similar to the RUSSIAN_BOT frenzy of the 1950s. We had some real Soviet spies, but they were just spies. They weren't destroying our culture and brains. FBI and CIA were destroying us, with full collaboration from monopoly capitalists and "leftist" activists. The three legs of the Deepstate tripod.

In the current frenzy, there's no need to postulate real Russian sabotage. We are simply following our own infinitely crazy mindless Enlightenment "values", which drive us to conquer the world for "democracy" by bombing the world down to bedrock.

In neurological terms, culture is the cerebellum and cold rationality is the cerebral cortex. The Sorosian lands intentionally melted our own cerebellum with "rights" and "equality". We believe that raw IQ, aided by software, will conquer all "low-IQ" Deplorables. Life doesn't work that way. 99% of what competent adults do is controlled by the brainstem and cerebellum, with rare interventions from the cortex. 99% of what a competent nation does is controlled by the culturebellum, with rare interventions from the official government. When you have a strong culture you don't need a lot of government. Everyone knows his place and his duties without any need for regulations or tasers or SWAT teams.

Russia was damaged in the same way by Lenin, but its culturebellum was strong enough to recover in the later decades of the Soviet era. In 2000 Putin started to restore the culturebellum to full strength, which wasn't hard.

Now Russia is able to form alliances with other countries that still have a culturebellum. Those countries were already DEAD TIRED or just DEAD after 50 years of USA bombing and chaotizing.

Emerson: Things refuse to be mismanaged long. Though no checks to a new evil [initially] appear, the checks exist and will appear. Nothing arbitrary, nothing artificial, can endure.

The first check was Syria, which took too much work because Russia started too late. The check in Venezuela came earlier, before the B52s started dropping bombs.



It's easy to contain a meth-addled zombie. You don't need strategy; you just need to remove all temptation and force him to see that he has no exit. Because he's not eating or reproducing, he will soon die.

On March 8, 2019 at approximately 7:14 pm a property damage crash occurred on Interstate 90 at milepost 8, Huetter rest area. A 2016 Volvo semi-truck carrying cargo consisting of sixteen 2,000 pound missiles driven by Leiloni Dearinger, 56, of Chickasha, OK was traveling through the eastbound Port of Entry. Dearinger inadvertently drove into the hazmat containment area instead of using the Interstate on ramp. At the end of the containment area Dearinger drove over a large snow bank causing the truck to be disabled. The interstate both eastbound and westbound was closed for approximately two hours as a precaution until the load was confirmed not a hazard. Dearinger was uninjured and received a citation for inattentive driving.

Isn't it wonderful to know that our lethal weapons are being handled with extreme caution and security? Sixteen missiles faceplanted in a snowbank, just like your everyday meth-addled crook.

General Winter can defeat us even BEFORE we use the missiles to invade Russia.

  The last roaring mouse
Maduro starts a new term with even less support than before. Among his neighbors, only Bolivia is halfway with him.

Some US commentators think he's bad because he's "socialist". Most of the opponents quoted in various articles are accusing him of offending the "constitution". Neither is meaningful. "Elected" and "constitutional" leaders are usually worse than hereditary monarchs. "Socialist" governments generally work better than "capitalist" governments.

The problem with Maduro is simple.

HE'S STUPID.

He's the last of a bad breed in Latin America. Venezuela's government has been a total servant of Standard Oil since 1922, obeying Graybill's Law perfectly. Previous rulers, including Chavez, were smart enough to keep the country pacified by redistributing the oil wealth. Maduro isn't.

He has belatedly tried to claim the title of Populist, but that doesn't work. He's the exact opposite, the quintessential globalist. He tried to link up with Russia in the restored bipolar world, but Russia doesn't need oil and doesn't need a stupid friend.

In the bipolar world of the '50s and '60s, some socialist countries formed a "Non-aligned Group" that generally worked with Russia but got some goodies from USA by promising to non-align more. In the current bipolar setup, Maduro and Macron could try the same trick with a "Short Bus Group" or "Clown Car Group" or "Mad Mac: Beyond The Dunderdome". A bipartisan group of US representatives has demanded answers from the news agency AP after it signed a memorandum with its Chinese counterpart Xinhua. RT looks at how a formality caused quite a stir. The 14 legislators wrote a letter to question AP’s wisdom about doing business with Xinhua, stating that unlike AP’s “independent journalism, Xinhua’s core mission is to shape public opinion in ways sympathetic” to Beijing, according to a Washington Post report.

However, the answer may be more simplistic. AP explained: “The recent memo of understanding updates a relationship that has been consistently the same since 1972 and opens the possibility for future commercial interactions, similar to agreements AP has with other state news agencies around the world.”

China has been our ACTUAL ADVERSARY since 1950. Our surrender to China started with Nixon in 1972.

So now we're doing the Eastasia / Eurasia thing LITERALLY. These same Congressmonsters have been ASSISTING China's takeover of our industries and technology since 1972, while fiercely attacking Russia for being the country we want to attack.

I'm sort of ruefully satisfied to see a switch to reality after 40 years of lunacy, but the switch itself is so crazy that I doubt it will do any good. I can guarantee that our new dislike for China will NOT lead to any meaningful change. We will NOT start to rebuild our own industries and infrastructure. The Russian charges that the Lugar Center and other biological labs in the Caucasus and Central Asia are making banned bioweapons are unfounded. Last week a group of international experts, including this author, visited the Lugar Center by invitation of the Georgian government. We were given access to all areas of the site, examined relevant documentation, and interviewed staff, and concluded that the Center demonstrates significant transparency. Our group observed nothing out of the ordinary, or that we wouldn’t expect to see in a legitimate facility of this sort.

Obvious questions.

1. Why are we building bioweapons labs in countries bordering Russia? When we move battleships or missile battalions toward Russia, we are NOT using them to research and examine marine biology or gravity waves. We are preparing to attack Russia.

2. Why should we believe the Bulletin of Acephalic Screechers at all? You've been at the forefront of EVERY US propaganda effort against facts and science. You have never said one true thing in all of your satanic universe-obliterating existence. In recent years you've been blaming "global warming" and your delusional image of "Trump" for your disinformation. Now you switch to blaming "Russian disinformation" for your disinformation.

3. The language is Clintonly legalistic. You didn't say "This lab does not produce weapons". Instead you cited "significant transparency" and "nothing we wouldn't expect in a legitimate facility". Of course they're transparent to you. You're Deepstate. This is a military facility. Making weapons is a legitimate purpose of a military facility.

Fortunately these efforts aren't working. Modern Russian propaganda works because it corresponds to observed reality. Soros propaganda fails because it does not correspond to observed reality. Before the 1989 Switchover ... or perhaps more accurately before the 1974 coup in DC ... this pattern was reversed. We were mostly sending out propaganda that agreed with reality, and Moscow was mostly sending out obviously false propaganda.

If these projects really wanted to push back against Russia, they would try telling the truth. Since they are doing the opposite, I conclude that they do not want to push back against Russia. They are solely interested in spreading brain toxin on THIS side of the world. Deepstate's steady goal since 1946 is to obliterate civilization and thought and logic and morality HERE.

For a closeup view of the Switchover, try this set of Youtube videos. Under the title 'Different Russia', a lady is simply walking through various places in modern Russia. We see a village, several different stores, dachas, apartments, etc. She points out prices, translates them into dollars, notes the good and bad items.

One WalMart-like store has the same variety of merchandise as an American WalMart, but the shelves are better stocked and the place has a cleaner feel. The grocery store also has the same stuff, much of it labeled in English. Again better stocked and cleaner.

The village, with only 88 people, has one small 'convenience' store, more like a 1950s corner store than a 7-11. Most importantly, the village has a bus stop, with regular bus service to Moscow.

If you wonder why Putin wins elections easily, here's the answer. His administration has preserved the good parts of the Soviet system (medical care, state-owned companies, public transit) while fixing the bad parts (housing, consumer goods).

If you wonder why American politicians can't win elections without cheating, here's the answer. We now have the bad parts of the American system (poor public transit, broken "medical" racket) and we also have empty store shelves and abandoned decaying houses like the old Soviet system.

Why are so many countries buying Russia's missile system?

First answer: It's a good product at a good price.

When you're outside the monopoly, outside the cult, you have to compete sneakily and subversively. You have to offer a high-quality product with good customer service at a good price. The monopoly (Amazon) or cult (Rome) can afford to fuck the customers because the customers are locked in. The customers can't IMAGINE living outside the fishbowl.

Second answer:

"Many of these countries do not want to wait for U.S. regulatory hurdles," said a CNBC source with first hand knowledge of the assessment. "The S-400 has less export restrictions and the Kremlin is willing to expedite sales by skipping over any regulatory hurdles."

Metaphor to previous item. Russia is serving as the LABOR UNION for small countries, helping to protect them against the monopolistic mobbed-up robber barons.

RT is interviewing an Expert who is arguing that before the Switchover USA was mainly containing Russia. Since the Switchover Russia is trying to contain USA.

Makes sense.

Looking at it from a different angle:

In 1945 both USA and Russia were working together to contain Germany. The purpose of occupation was to prevent Krauts from reuniting, because united Krauts always try to take over the world.

When our Deepstate was restarted in '46, our political propaganda turned against Russia, but the military reality in Europe remained the same. USA and Russia were still working toward the same goal, if not exactly together. We were still keeping Germany weak.

In 1961 the Berlin Wall changed things.

Conventional wisdom says that the Wall "taught us Russia couldn't be trusted".

SE-LU. Loosen the ropes, open the mind. As seen from the containing-Germany angle, the Wall made the division permanent, allowing us to relax our attention on Krauts and focus totally on exterminating Russia. We started the task immediately and succeeded in 1989. The ascension of Putin in 2000 broke our first attack. Like any psychopathic bully, we paused when we encountered real resistance. Now we're trying again, but it's too late. The rest of the world has figured out that we're Satan. Nobody is voluntarily helping us ruin the universe.

RT is focusing HEAVILY today on the failed (but recovered) Soyuz launch. Seems a bit odd for a propaganda outlet, but maybe it's not so odd.

In Cold War 1, the western side made a point of showing both the successes and failures of our side. The shortwave outlets aimed at Russia were actually more objective than our internal media. When I wanted to know what was REALLY going on, I tuned to VOA or BBC instead of NBC or ABC.

And in Cold War 1, Pravda and Radio Moscow were famous for ignoring failures of their side, especially in space.

SWITCHOVER.

Now the western media, both internal and external, are utterly devoid of facts and logic, and Russia's external media make a point of showing both the good and the bad, especially in space.

When you have CONFIDENCE in your side, you don't need to lie.

  Bluffs
Starting with the scenes I like to build.

Notice the common shape? TANH in the real world vs EXP in the fake world.

I hadn't made the connection until now.

There are two physical reasons for the dominance of tanh hills in the scenes. First, the historically genuine scenes are genuinely set against a bluff. Cave Gas is IN a bluff. Many of my 'lost places' are in eastern Kansas, which is a bluffy place. Second, I want these scenes to be USED by real artists, so I try to make them self-contained and efficient. A hill for a backdrop is 'cheaper' in terms of rendering than a lot of trees and background buildings.

Bluffs and hillsides have a real-life connection to Insatiables vs Deplorables. As I detailed here, rising status goes with rising altitude. Ever since the days of aristocratic castles, Insatiables want to be in a commanding position where they can survey their land and slaves.

On the world scale, you can envision Sorosia in tanh-status terms.



USA STRONG occupies the aristocrat ground. The bear occupies the peasant ground.

In between the two plateaus is an eroded area of tricky terrain, similar to the eroded band that includes eastern Kansas.

USA STRONG believes that everyone wants to be on the high ground with him. An Insatiable always believes that everyone wants to be Just Like Him. Why wouldn't they aspire to My Godlike Perfection? Why wouldn't they want to bask in My Holy Radiance? Why wouldn't they want to live on infinite debt and zero savings? Works beautifully for me! I believe that My Infinite Wealth must always increase exponentially, and the only way to do that is with Infinite Debt.

USA STRONG's radiance is actually gamma rays. The countries that share the high ground are getting sick, and finally realizing that USA STRONG is a crazy omnicidal mass killer.

Down on the low ground, the bear doesn't have to do a lot of advertising. Just continue with a low-side tanh way of living. No aggression, limit the power of monopolies, gold standard instead of infinite debt, preserve Natural Law culture. Make things.

Many countries have already slid down the bluff to the Natural Law plateau. Italy is the most recent arrival. At the moment Turkey, Germany and Holland are somewhere in the crevices of the eroded zone. They can't quite imagine a life away from His Holy Radiance, but the Migrant Rays are making them sicker by the day, and they need to get away from the line-of-sight radiation.

  Here's what Orlov is talking about.
RT covers a released set of taped conversations between Bill Clinton and Yeltsin. The theme is unsurprising, and was even common knowledge at the time. We didn't bother to hide the fact that we were running Russia through Yeltsin. While Yeltsin was our employee we were giving Russia all sorts of privileges and gifts. After Putin took over, we gradually turned the other way, and now we're making outright war against Russia.

Which was better** for Russia? Unquestionably the blockades and sanctions are better, as noted in previous item.

USA friendship is the worst thing that can happen to any country. Our support uses debt and blackmail to create dependency, serving nobody but our own bankers. Our support always encourages the most corrupt and violent leaders to slaughter their own people. When we withdraw our support, sane adult leaders have to develop their OWN nation's skills and resources for their OWN benefit. This is what EVERY country should be doing all the time.

** Note for clarity: Normal relations between countries, like normal relations between people, often include some debts and some dependencies. Those are not intrinsically bad when constrained and balanced. Absolute independence forced by sanctions is not ideal, but when the ONLY alternative is absolute submission, absolute independence is unquestionably better for a country.
