But when "global warming" chills NYC to the bone, and NYC needs more natural gas than it can get from the former American petroleum industry that NYC has been SMASHING AND SMASHING AND SMASHING FOR 40 YEARS, suddenly there are no sanctions. NYC has bought two tankers of natural gas from Russia, which is a CAPITALIST COUNTRY with a NON-SMASHED petroleum industry, always ready to sell products for a good price.
Kipling said it best.

But it's "Thank you Mister Putin" when the tanker's on the tide.
