USA STRONG has spent the last 30 years DESTROYING its own infrastructure. Not just neglecting but RIPPING IT TO SHREDS. Tearing down dams, decommissioning nuclear plants, building NOTHING new.
Russia went through a long phase of extreme neglect, then LEARNED THE LESSON and turned the corner. Now Russia is building new infrastructure for itself, and its government is MAKING MONEY by building infrastructure for other sane countries.
