We only need one diagnosis.
Ever since the founding of Freudian therapy, all of its theories and methods have been useless. Ever since the founding, outsiders and insiders have objectively proved OVER AND OVER AND OVER that it is useless.
Here's yet another disproof, via Eurekalert.
The main findings of the research were: 1. Psychiatric diagnoses all use different decision-making rules 2. There is a huge amount of overlap in symptoms between diagnoses 3. Almost all diagnoses mask the role of trauma and adverse events 4. Diagnoses tell us little about the individual patient and what treatment they need. The authors conclude that diagnostic labelling represents 'a disingenuous categorical system'.A good replacement:

Concise and accurate. This article doesn't mention the change from useless to MONSTROUS in the last 20 years. Now the DSM primarily serves as a tool for detecting and drugging and destroying dissidents. Unfashionable beliefs are OFFICIAL DISEASES. This is lethally important because Freudian psychiatry has OFFICIAL STANDING. When courts want to determine the "sanity" of a criminal or a dissident, Freudians make the OFFICIAL decision. There is only one validly diagnosable psychiatric disorder: Psychiatry.
