Gene squatting
Our current situation is an OLD story in nature and culture. A morbidly ill civilization relies on static tribal hierarchies (royal families, corporate monopolies) and loses its modularity and feedback loops. All normal civilized processes disappear, replaced by brute force.

In a healthy civilization with multi-layer modules and no static dynasties, small differences in talent and effort yield noticeable improvements in status. Incremental competition brings out the best in everyone who is willing to make the effort. Feedback is present and visible.

When modularity is replaced by globalism, small differences are no longer visible and meaningful. You have to beat the superstars to gain status. In practice there is no way to beat the superstars because the superstars own all the paths to power. Competition no longer functions.

When dynasties are based solely on family connection, there's no point in striving for improvement. The dominant tribe owns everything. If you're not in the dominant tribe you're permanently stuck. Competition no longer functions.

We're there. For most of us, effort no longer yields improved status. Only brute force counts. Only total destruction of the dynasty works.

BUT:

With ordinary property, brute force is not the only way to get stuff. Fraud and adverse possession often work, with less cost than brute force.

Dolezal and "trans" are the equivalents of fraud and adverse possession against dynastic privilege.

Dolezal accurately perceived that the black dynasty had higher status than the white dynasty, so she tried to crash the black party with forged credentials. It worked for 10 years, then it stopped working.

"Trans" things are attempting to move into a perceived higher status by adverse possession or squatting. Take a female name, use female pronouns, and sooner or later your "femaleness" is recognized.
