suddenly fired the Streets Director, late on Friday night, in the middle of a way-too-late "Stage 2 Plow Event" that won't do any good because the ice has been unbreakable for a month.
If Copkiller Condon thinks he can evade responsibility by firing a subordinate he's wrong. The problem was already obvious in December, which would have given a competent mayor enough time to change the decision procedure from
