Following up on the last few entries here, Polistra and Happystar decided to run their own version of the old Khrushchev vs Nixon routine.

Obviously this is unfair and overgeneralized in every direction, but the basic point stands.
2015 America is rigidly dependent on Government authority. If you try to help a less fortunate American, you will be run over by an army of Rights Activists aided by DOJ lawyers and SWAT teams. It's VASTLY safer to let Government authority do the helping, which means that only Favored Groups will be helped.
