Baseline effect?
Why am I so thoroughly pissed off today? I think it's baseline vs reality. More and more states are moving SLIGHTLY in the direction of sanity, including Wyoming today. Wash remains at the same level of murderous insanity, so the delta from baseline is increasing and the frustration is also increasing.
I wonder if people in Kraut-occupied France felt like this in late 1943. The Krauts were losing strength, and had no chance of winning, but were still killing in THIS town. Will the Krauts give up before they kill all of us, or will the Allied victory be too late for us?
Hope is dangerous in hell.
