Bad idea
Some of the TSLAQ twitterites are responding to Elon's latest victory over "laws" and morality by engaging in counter-bullying, perhaps on the grounds that he can't sue everyone.
Bad idea. Elon won't learn anything from it, he won't feel shame, he WILL sue all of you, and he WILL win. Most likely he will obtain an injunction prohibiting all criticism and short-selling, and this injunction WILL be ruthlessly enforced by SEC.
We need to give up the suicidal myth that "laws" and "constitutions" exist. There is only one law in this part of the world, and Elon is safely inside it.
