RWANDA?????????????? WHY IN THE HOLY FUCK WOULD RWANDA WANT TO SPY ON AUSTRALIA? There's no trade between the two countries. Australia was thinking about investing in Rwanda, but there's no way the ILLEGAL MIGRANTS could spy on bank executives making investment decisions. I suppose they could get hired as domestics in the exec's house. If you're dumb enough to hire illegals, you deserve to be spied on. 4.
