The Hillary effect
Zuesse, as usual, DOESN'T miss the point. He sometimes speaks a little too broadly, attributing evil to "billionaires" instead of Sheldon Adelson, but he sees the effect properly.
Here he's analyzing a UN report on refugee flows.
When Hillary took charge, refugee flows increased. After Obama fired Hillary, flows decreased. When the Clinton dynasty's Regent replaced the disloyal Obama, the proper Hillary level of genocide resumed.

Figure 18, Major source countries of new asylum-seekers 2017-2018” shows that in 2018, the highest number of new asylum-applicants were from Venezuela, second-highest were from Afghanistan, third-highest were from Syria, and fourth-highest were from Iraq. All of those are lands that suffer from the US regime’s past and current aggressions. (Of course, everybody expects Iran to be the next.)A chart he didn't cite shows a more refined correlation.
