The SEC is making sure that the next time Jon Corzine takes to Wall Street, he will be restricted from wagering his own capital separately from his investor's money, according to Bloomberg. This was the type of trading that sunk his prior firm, MF Global Holdings Limited, just eight years ago. Despite this, many are going to be asking an obvious question: why is he allowed to return to Wall Street to begin with?Simple answer: No Humans Involved. Securities regulations are designed to prevent fraudsters from stealing the life savings of innocent people. There are no innocent people in NYC. Everyone is a demon, everyone is a criminal. Corzine's crime syndicates don't offer "savings" accounts to humans who want to save a few hundreds or thousands. His clients are all criminals of the same type as Corzine. If criminals want to cheat each other, natural justice takes care of things. Regulators can simply stand back and let nature do the job. Avoid wasted time and effort.
