Same at all levels
I wrote my standard comment on an Unz.com article about the Korean peace thing... This wasn't Trump, it was long hard work by the South with carrots from Russia and sticks from China. One of the Russian carrots is starting immediately: a road connecting NoKo with Russia, which will improve commerce in NoKo. Commerce is the long-term cure for crazy nations.
After writing it, I realized the last sentence is ALSO my standard comment about individual people. Useful work is the best cure for emotional problems ranging from criminality to outright craziness.
It's true at all levels! A nation that uses and develops its particular skills for profitable trade will be less likely to commit crimes or go crazy. A man who uses and develops his particular skills for profitable wages will be less likely to commit crimes or go crazy.
At both levels the feedback of USEFULNESS must be joined to the feedback of MONEY. The cure starts when you see that you've MADE SOMETHING USEFUL at the END OF EACH DAY. When you fulfill your GOD-ASSIGNED DUTY, Nature rewards you.... and it helps if customers also reward you.
