4001 W Crown is FINALLY getting sold FOR SURE. After 20 years of vacancy and decline, and
one year of inconclusive indications, there's an actual Windermere Realty sign in front of the building.

Looks like city has done some planning and zoning to get it sold. In fact city has already repaired sidewalk at corner, as part of major permafrost repair of Crown St necessary because city failed to use
on street. Still can't tell if city actually bought place.
110K pretty steep price for plain land in declining neighborhood.
