Thaults on vaults
Wikileaks continues to pour out exposed CIA/NSA evils through its Vault 7 series. Each of these exploits uses an existing 'security' feature of the web to break security. The web continues to add more and more 'security' features, slowing down a typical website load and weighing down memory and cache space. Many websites are NEVER finished with their security handshakes unless I hit the X to stop loading.
It's time for a rethink and reset. NONE of these 'security' features are providing security. ALL of these 'security' features are providing new gateways for hackers.
SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY.
Without all the 'security' features, a watchdog needs to watch only one stream of data.
Part of the problem is confusion of purpose. When you're protecting PHYSICAL valuables like cash and jewelry and people, adding more layers really does increase security. A three-layer safe or a three-pane window or a multiple-lock door forces the thief to work harder and longer.
But the problem here is NOT burglars with crowbars and hammers. The problem is FORGERY and FRAUD. It's easier to protect yourself from frauds if you KEEP IT SIMPLE. If you have a taste for complicated investments, you're just begging to be fooled. Fraudsters create and use complexity to dazzle and dizzy your senses.
