Both types tend to skip over a basic fact of life. Many, but not all, "battering" relationships are equal. Both partners enjoy and participate in violence. The woman knows how to play the game to keep the violence going. Often the shelter gets caught in the middle of this game.
Adding the idiotic and anti-natural "trans" crap will add a new type of gaming. A man who wants to regain access to his punching bag can simply call himself "trans", and the shelter won't be able to legally kick him out.
This will get deadly fast, like everything else enabled by the omnicidal "trans" crap.

Women’s shelters must admit men who say they are “transgender” if they receive federal funding, according to a new regulation imposed by the Obama administration. The administration stripped out a provision that would allow shelters to deny a biological male access to the women’s facilities, under narrow circumstances, if they felt it would endanger women’s “health and safety.” The requirement applies to federally funded faith-based shelters and homeless facilities, as well.There are two distinctly different subsets of "battered women shelters." The shelters run by real religious groups, like Union Gospel, are exactly what the name implies. Shelters seriously intended to protect women from violence. Shelters run by Sorosian NGOs like YWCA are not intended to protect, and often fail to protect. They are intended to weaponize the women, which requires continued vulnerability.
“Today, we take another important step to ensure full acceptance of transgender and gender nonconforming individuals in the programs HUD supports,” said Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Julián Castro on Tuesday when the rule, originally proposed last October, was finalized.
The final rule erased a measure that would have let shelters, which often protect women and children from their abusers, refuse to house a man in a women’s shelter based on safety concerns on a “case-by-case basis.”
