“The recommendations will be reviewed by career supervisors in the Department of Justice and in the FBI, and by the FBI director, and then as is the common process, they present it to me and I fully expect to accept their recommendations. While I don’t have a role in those findings, in coming up with those findings or making those recommendations as to how to go forward, I will be briefed on it and I will be accepting their recommendations.”
Now we know exactly why she was talking with Bill. He was giving her a tutorial in the use of cute language to max advantage.
I fully expect to accept places the act of acceptance out of her control. You don't EXPECT your own actions; you EXPECT a thunderstorm or a visitor or a UPS package. Things that come from external sources. So if the acceptance doesn't happen, it won't be her fault. It will be the lazy visitor or the UPS man.
Furthermore, I will be accepting their recommendations still doesn't mention any ACTIONS. You can ACCEPT a recommendation and put it in the filing cabinet. Common in corporations and bureaucracies. "We will take your complaint under advisement."

Later: Others, equipped with more effective paranoia, have figured the real purpose. Clue: the information about the meeting was allowed to go public. DeepState has solid control of information. Normally a revealer or leaker would be INSTANTLY discredited, insaned, or disappeared. None of that happened here. Therefore the information itself is the purpose, designed to postpone or mistrial the "investigation". We already knew that legal action was physically impossible. DeepState doesn't arrest or charge its own. Now we can see that all attempts to investigate are also impossible.
