More TROLL time travel
Everyone knows that TROLL is able to travel backwards in time to create evil effects, just as Evil KKKarbon can reach backwards and pull up temperatures before KKKarbon's influence was visible.
Right now Bloomberg quotes a central banker:
"The current record low rates are a liquidity effect caused by Brexit."
Brexit has reached back to 2008 with its Evil Time Lasso, and pulled the interest rate down for all years between 2008 and present.
