Is Parkinson starting to break down?
Suddenly we have TWO exceptions to Parkinson's Law of Zombie Organizations. Normally and universally, organizations continue growing after their mission is done, and leaders continue "leading" after their purpose is gone or destroyed.
Cameron broke the law in one direction by resigning when his purpose of total treason FAILED. Now Farage has broken it again by resigning when his purpose of declaring British independence was ACHIEVED.
Nice complementary pair. Hope it's a long-tailed pair. The natural link between LIFE and PURPOSE is being restored, at least in England.
I've been begging for more quitters for a long time. My wish is starting to come true!
