Dammit, don't waste moral capital!
The Alliance Defending Freedom has taken on a
SILLY case that dilutes the big point of religious freedom.
A church school wanted to use a SUBSIDIZED "eco-clean" material sold by the government to replace gravel on its playground. The government denied the SUBSIDY because the church school follows science and facts instead of the Federally required monstrous psychotic delusions and science-denying omnicidal lunacy.
Terrible case. Not worth fighting. If you want a SUBSIDY, you have to accept the terms of the SUBSIDIZER. You weren't FORCED to use the eco-clean material. There are other choices for eco-clean playground surfaces. Just let the fucking grass grow.
This dilutes and confuses the serious cases where bakers and candlestick-makers are punished for refusing to take on a contract that violates their beliefs. Those cases don't involve a subsidy or a choice. The government is FORCING craftsmen to perform an immoral act.
