Wrong solution
Both "parties" love to argue about Supreme Satan appointments. It's true that the SS is the sole legislature, but this is nothing new. Happened in 1803.
The cure is not to elect the "correct" president who will appoint the "correct" satans. This only provides an opportunity for "parties" to make noise.
The solution is EXTREMELY SIMPLE. Congress could fix the whole situation any time it wanted.
Congress has the power to define the jurisdiction of Federal Courts.
Congress has never used this power.
One little law would solve the whole shitmess.
Eliminate the whole system. Then delete all "laws" and precedents and consent decrees and other evil shit created by the system.
Federal courts have never done one bit of good. Pure massive murderous infinite evil from the start. There is no REAL CRIME that can't be handled at the county or state level.
What about organized crime? States already handle cross-border gangs by cooperating and working together. Look at the KC metro area. Gangs work on both sides of State Line Road constantly, and the KCK, JoCo and KCMO police forces work together to counter the gangs. Not hard at all.
Eliminating the federal courts would bring a chain of even more desirable consequences. With no courts, the rainmaker agencies would also have to be dissolved. FBI, DEA, BATF, TSA, DHS exist solely to generate "crimes" for the federal courts to handle. With no courts, there is no need for rainmakers.
