He says the Cuban leadership got spooked after President Obama was widely welcomed during his historic visit to the island last month. Buy Cuban sugar and cigars; allow USA STRONG citizens to use the superior Cuban medical and educational systems at a profit to Cuba; but don't allow USA STRONG companies to set up plants for outsourcing.
