Whoops!
Nice sharp example of what happens when you let THEORY take over!
A few minutes ago I posted a "what's wrong with this picture" item, based on what I THOUGHT I READ....

Edward 8 supports Kraut invasion. Government forces him to abdicate.
Elizabeth 2 supports Kraut invasion. Government prosecutes the official who revealed the treason.

Then I felt a bit of doubt and took a closer look at the original article. I had ASS-U-ME-D that Elizabeth, who is normally on the cool side of all issues, would be pro-EU. The Telegraph article was sort of tangled and indirect, discussing the politics of the revelation more than Elizabeth's actual attitude.
A look at the cover of the Sun cured my ASS-U-ME. The cover simply and directly says QUEEN BACKS BREXIT.
This runs strongly against recent tendencies, which makes it surprising and refreshing. A public official who is NOT committing treason!
I apologize for falling into THEORY.
