Sola vs sola
After fortifying myself with a
(figurative) gallon of Everclear, I was able to watch a few seconds of Vulture Romney's
sermon.
What we have here is an echo of an old religious dispute. Salvation by faith vs salvation by works.
Mitt proposes pure faith. ZERO TAX. TEAR DOWN WALLS. TEAR DOWN DAMS. BENGHAZI. BOMB EVERY COUNTRY THAT INSULTS OUR PROPHET NETANYAHU. All the old familiar hymns, inviting us to sip from the ever-flowing and holy font of Sheldon Adelson's dick. Must be mighty tasty to Repoofs. I dunno, never acquired the taste myself.
Trump proposes pure works. BUILD A WALL. BUILD DAMS. BUILD FACTORIES. BUILD A TARIFF.
In biology as in nations, ripping off your skin and trusting in Benghazi is suicide.
In biology as in nations, building and reinforcing boundaries is survival.
I'll have to admit, though, that I never did figure out what the Benghazi is. Maybe that's the key to salvation by faith. Maybe it's like Satori. After you immanentize the Benghazi you can be saved.

Dropping the stupid metaphor. Dead serious. There is one crucial difference between Trump and Romney. Both are Big Operators, throwing billions around, buying and selling companies.
They operate in OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS.
Romney's buying and selling was EXPLICITLY DESIGNED to
kill business and obliterate employees.
Trump's buying and selling was DESIGNED to start businesses and hire people. Some of Trump's operations failed, resulting in lost jobs. That's PART OF CAPITALISM. Maybe he could have run them better, but his AIM was not to KILL the business.
In simple and direct terms, Trump is a normal (perhaps rather sloppy) capitalist and Romney is an ANTI-CAPITALIST, a MURDERER of capitalist economies.
