Nice try, won't work
A repooflican state legislator is trying to change words in a futile effort to get charter schools running again. Billig thinks that the Supreme Thugs "ruled" against charter schools because of details in the referendum. He's trying to fix those details.
Won't work. Words are not the problem. Words are not the solution.
The Supreme Thugs burned down the charters because charters are not run by thugs. Good old protection racket. When a state is fully Connected, non-Connected businesses get firebombed.
