Counties
The San Berdoo mass shooting was in a COUNTY GOVERNMENT facility, by a COUNTY employee.
A month earlier, two COUNTY sheriffs (Seattle and Spokane) ordered all their deputies to start carrying their sidearms at all times. Clearly responding to info not publicly available.
Counties are the last governmental entity with some degree of independence. States have been completely emasculated by Federal money and power, and cities are being neutered by Bloomberg's money. Clearly somebody has decided it's time to clip the counties. I doubt that ISIS "headquarters" in Syria has a strong feeling about American counties.
