News, sort of:
Fox News anchor has filed a lawsuit against Hasbro, claiming that a toy hamster produced by the company wrongfully appropriates her name and “distinctive persona.”
If a toy company thinks your "distinctive persona"
fits a hamster, perhaps the problem lies in the "distinctive persona", not the toy company.
This connection wouldn't have been noticed if you hadn't brought the lawsuit.
