An easily readable bit of cipher from DC:
The J______ Department issued a new policy Wednesday that made the prosecution of Wall Street executives involved in financial fraud a major priority, all but acknowledging nagging criticism that powerful corporate figures have escaped criminal charges in favor of giant monetary penalties.Deciphered: "I smell a Hindoo in the woodpile." Time for some ethnic cleansing. Time to pick off those Goys who were strategically placed around the outside of the herd. ¶ 12:55 AM
