Opt-outs
A growing phenomenon.

Nothing new about exemptions. The real joy and art of a bureaucrat's life is creating exemptions, not creating rules. The best rules provide maximum opportunities for exemptions.

In old-fashioned pre-Satan governments, exemptions were strictly a business transaction. You paid a sufficient bribe to the appropriate bureaucrat, you got an exemption. This process was truly democratic in the best sense, because it didn't depend on the nature of the rule or the direction of the desired opt-out.

Now that Good Government devils have deleted business from bureaucracy, exemptions are made solely on the basis of moral vectors and aristocratic rank.

In USA STRONG, opt-outs ARE ALLOWED in a specific situation, as follows:

The Feds know what's Correct (ie Satanic), but are temporarily forced by vestigial remnants of antique objects that used to be called "laws" to enforce an Incorrect (ie good for normal people) policy. Lower level governments that wish to conform to Correct fashion are allowed to opt out of the Incorrect policy. As the opt-outs accumulate, the territory where the temporarily Incorrect "law" still applies gradually shrinks toward zero.

Opt-outs DO NOT OCCUR when the Feds are currently enforcing a Correct (ie poor-squashing, Chosen-enriching) policy. After Satan is fully in charge, exceptions do not exist.

Most systematic example is immigration. Correct policy is wide-open borders, with strong incentives for the worst possible immigrants (Dreamers) to come in. This will starve and kill poor Americans while providing profit and servants to the Chosen.

The Feds know that Zero Borders is the Correct endpoint, but they're temporarily forced to pretend that they are enforcing borders, deporting criminals, etc.

Cities that wish to behave Correctly, wide-open for slaughter, are allowed to opt out of the Fed pretenses. EG "sanctuary cities" like San Francisco and Spokane. Cities that attempt to behave more Incorrectly than the Federal pretense are ruthlessly punished. EG Sheriff Arpaio or the mayor of Hazleton, PA.

Other grotesquely obvious examples: Think you can opt out of abortion? Nope. Think you can opt out of the pogrom against Christians and Muslims? Nope. But you can opt INTO abortion beyond the Fed Satans, and you can opt INTO the pogrom more strongly than the Fed Satans, and you can opt INTO euthanasia before the Fed Satans have even started working on it.

A more subtle example is the teacher testing required by Common Core. Feds are required by "law" to pretend to enforce this testing, but school systems that want to be Correct (ie infinite power and money for union thugs and zero quality for kids) are welcome to opt out of testing.

Sweetheart lawsuits are an especially aggressive version of opt-outs. EPA knows that Correct policy is total obliteration of all humans except the Chosen, but a few "laws" still form minor obstacles to the Final Solution. So EPA pays "independent" organizations to sue EPA for a rule change. When the lawsuit succeeds, EPA is then freed from an onerous obstacle to Total Slaughter.

This pattern seems complex but in fact it's perfectly consistent. Any change that increases Satan's power is allowed. Any change that decreases Satan's power is CRIMETHINK.

It's so predictable that you can use it as a measuring tool. If you're unsure about the Correctness of any rule, look for opt-outs. If you see a local government opting out with no punishment, you know the rule is temporarily Incorrect and the Feds are trying to delete it by accumulation. If you see a punished opt-out, you know the rule is Correctly Satanic.

Applied to Greece: Opt-out was NOT allowed. This tells us that staying in the EU increases Satan's power. If getting out had been good for Satan, Grexit would have been allowed.

I can only think of one partial or conflicted exception. Legal Marijuana. It's clearly fashionable, but it's not Satanic. It indirectly helps the poor by eliminating stupid prison sentences, and it doesn't enrich the Chosen yet. Small businesses are making some money, not a whole lot of money. So the Feds have allowed a couple of states to legalize without instant crashdown by black-robed saboteurs, but the Feds aren't making it easy for those non-Chosen businesses to cash their checks. Conflicted and unpredictable.
