A rather dull bit of legislative action includes a simple explanation for a massive crime.
Background: Last summer the state Destroyer of Natural Resources (DNR) aided and abetted a wildfire as it grew into a record-breaking monster. Wherever it could, DNR stopped county and private owners from fighting the fire.
Murder.
I couldn't tell if this murder was motivated by "Endangered" "Species" genocide laws, as one previous murder was. Now a simpler explanation appears amid the Destroyer's legislative ass-covering........
