2nd amendment and measles
Always fun to watch commies fighting other commies. RATFIGHT!

The vaccine fight, motivated by measles, is getting truly interesting. Some of the COOOOOOOL commies are actually ADMITTING for the first time that they are the true and only 'deniers' of science. NPR is implicitly acknowledging that anti-vaxers and NPR listeners are the same people, though they still haven't quite said it cleanly and explicitly.

This correlation of commies has been obvious for many years. I noted it in 2008:

Loves exercise, especially mass calisthenics

These were an intrinsic part of Hitler's program, and they came from an earlier German hippie-like movement (die Wandervogel).

From 1945 to 1970, you could predict with about 75% certainty that an American who held these preferences would be a Bircher.

Consider the right-wing general in Dr Strangelove, constantly afraid that Commies were "preverting his vital bodily fluids." Only slightly parodied: the Birch types really did talk that way.

After 1970, you could predict with about 75% certainty that a body-purity fanatic was a Commie.

The taboo switch corresponds exactly with the official switch of American Leftism from the universalist Marx to various forms of Fascist-derived identity politics in 1968. The taboos came into the Left from hippiedom, not from the Birchers. Just as they had come to Hitler from the Wandervogel, not from prissy monarchists.

But until this month's measles epidemic, all of Satan's media continued the delusional Strangelove slander. Distrust of science was purely a BUSHITLER HALLIBURTON TROLL DENIALIST TROLLDENIALIST TROLL KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH KOCH TROLL KOCH KOCH KOCH thing.

There are still some Repooflican anti-vaxers, but the locations of low vax rates tell a remarkably pure story. Red states have near 100% vaccination, blue states are down around 75%, and strongly commie cities like Seattle and San Fagcisco are even lower.

The publicly visible Repoofs are high-tech libertarian idiots like DOCTOR Ron and DOCTOR Rand Paul, who really should fucking know better. The Pauls constantly harp on the idiot Randian theories that "nobody should exert force on anyone else." But a non-immunized kid is the very definition of exerting force. His sneezes are guns. He's walking around shooting people. When everyone is vaccinated, everyone has the right of self-defense against viruses. When significant numbers are allowed to go unpoked, the whole world is a gun-free zone.

Later: Now mumps is also starting to spread. The MMR vaccine covers measles, mumps and rubella. Measles is more contagious, but the other two are more deadly.
