Idiot Strong
Amazingly, this isn't an April Fool joke, though it is a maximally Foolish act on April 1 by the Foolishest Fool in public life.
Alleged "governor" Jay Inslee proclaimed April to be "Poetry Month" in this alleged "state", in honor of the landslide victims.
So, I guess it's time for a Poem. You can tell it's a Poem because it's spaced out all funny and it's in italics too. Otherwise it would just be crap.
This was A poem. Written By me.

April is the cruelest month.
April is the foolest month.
Oso Strong! Oso Strong! Oso Stupid! Let's build
our houses at the base of a cliff, even after
the cliff has already collapsed
several times.
Even after competent Geologists have warned
us that it's going to collapse again.
We're STRONG! We're STUPID!
And now that the cliff has
collapsed again, just as
the Competent
Geologists
said it
would,
and splattered us all into meaningless goo,
Let's build our houses EVEN CLOSER to
the base of a cliff! Let's put them
RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM!
No, let's undercut the cliff by a few hundred feet
or so, then prop it up with some recycled GREEN
rotten 2 x 4s, then put the houses UNDER
the propped-up part.__[]__[]___//////
By gosh and golly, oops I mean By Goddess And Gaia, That'll show old
Nature who's boss! We dare you and double-dare you to send
that cliff tumbling down on us NOW!
Oso Strong! Oso Stupid!
Oh so stupid!
