It was the best of ladies, it was the worst of ladies
Tale of two First Ladies, as told by their respective convention speeches.
Ann Romney made no fucking sense, as I noted here.
Michelle Obama makes all kinds of sense. Lately I've been saying many of the same things repeatedly.
The problem with the Obamas, of course, is that they say wonderful things but don't do much about them. Barack has said exactly the right things about banksters, Main St vs Wall St, manufacturing, and job training. But he hasn't changed anything in those areas. He hasn't placed any restrictions at all on the financial criminals. He just keeps handing them more trillions as reward for stealing trillions.
Obama genuinely departs from Bush/McCain/Romney in two ways: (1) He doesn't try to invade every country that displeases Israel. (2) He's allowing more domestic oil production.
Those are important, but not as crucial as the economic stuff. ¶ 3:07 PM
