They should be worried
If there are any real environmentalists, they should be worried. The monstrously evil and mass-murdering pseudoscience of "global warming" has completely swamped concerns about actual pollution, and has completely taken over the money that should be used against actual pollution.
Note this from a recent British survey, via GWPF:
The last sentence is the problem. Real pollution from cars (sulphur compounds, nitrogen compounds, etc) is genuinely harmful, and human health is much improved in countries where car exhaust has been cleaned up.
The public has responded quite rationally to this decade-long assault by genocidal mass-murdering thieves and Mafiosi. The public is starting to understand the galactic extent of the Carbon Crime, the trillions of wasted dollars and the millions killed by famine. And the public quite rationally distrusts all official statements about pollution, because all official statements about pollution now indict CO2 as the primary pollutant, with the harmful stuff relegated to a footnote if it's even mentioned at all.

So, a plea to real environmentalists: If you still exist, now is the time to LOUDLY AND FIRMLY DISOWN the Carbon Dioxide religion! Now is the time to DISTINCTLY AND REPEATEDLY SEPARATE real pollution from the lethal madness of the apocalyptic Carbon Cult!

Just 24 per cent of people thought scientists were overstating the problem in 2000 - but that figure has now soared to 37 per cent.
