Hedy is spinning
Persia has brought down a US surveillance drone, most likely by giving it direct commands to override the stateside commands.
US authorities are, stupidly as always, trying to claim that it merely crashed.
The picture nicely falsifies that claim. A crash from surveillance altitudes would have destroyed the craft. It was unquestionably brought down under
some degree of control, if not total control.
Hedy Lamarr, a physicist before she was an actress, famously designed a frequency-skipping method of communication that later evolved into the modern 'spread-spectrum' technology. Hedy's original purpose was to create protected radio communication from ships to torpedoes, a channel that
could not be overtaken or substituted by enemy transmitters.
Obviously we've abandoned that idea with our modern 'air torpedo'.
Roaring backwards as always, heading for the Stone Age as fast as we can pedal our little recycled-cardboard tricycles.
Sorry, Hedy. Glad you didn't live to see this.
