Spokane becomes a little more dangerous
Occasionally juries manage to find the truth even though the Party and the Party-owned media are doing their damnedest to silence the truth. Good example is the original Rodney King verdict at the state level. After that valid trial, Soviet Agent Bush The Father snatched the case from the state and reversed the truth with an invalid Federal "trial" that enforced the Party's universal need for chaos and disorder.

Yesterday a jury ruled against truth in a somewhat similar case. A Spokane cop tried to arrest a crazy dude; the crazy dude resisted and the cop used force. The crazy dude ended up dying for unknown reasons.

This time the original "trial" was run by the Feds, which probably accounts for its complete evil.

This will set a precedent, if not officially then certainly in the minds and procedures of cops. From now on, any time a violent criminal seems like he might be "differently high-spirited", the cops will pull back and let him do whatever he wants.

Violent criminals who are not "differently high-spirited" will quickly figure out how to fit the template, and Spokane will become a free-fire zone for smart criminals.

Thanks, Feds. Thanks, Party-controlled media, especially the local Commie newspaper and the stock-market-controlled Belo station KREM-TV. These two reliable sources of death and destruction have been pushing hard to eliminate civilization in Spokane.

I can only hope and pray that the Soviet agents at the Spokesman and KREM will suffer the first casualties from this Fed-created war, but unfortunately justice never prevails. The casualties will be mainly non-criminal poor people.

Update: Now the crazy dude's family is starting a civil suit against the cops, seeking millions. This will succeed, and it will go well beyond setting a precedent in rules. This could bankrupt the city government.

Total Victory for the murderous psychopathic Feds, defending their fellow psychopaths and SMASHING civilization as usual.

Bit later: After hearing some really dumb discussion of this mess on local radio, I feel the need to expand or clarify.

Here's the problem: The Fed "trial" was allegedly (but falsely) based on the notion of equal treatment under the law. The cop in this case applied equal treatment exactly. He responded strictly to the behavior of the suspect, not to any underlying internal conditions. He treated the crazy dude the same way he would have treated a non-crazy dude who resisted arrest in the same way. This is exactly what we should want every cop to do, if we actually believe in equal treatment.

Convicting the cop of "human rights violations" or whatever fucking idiotic name they used, is PRECISELY BACKWARDS. What the feds really want is special privileges for Special Victim Groups, and cops are supposed to know in advance which Special Victim Group you belong to, without using any visible signs or indications. This is PHYSICALLY AND LOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. Therefore the only way cops can fully obey this psychopathic mass-slaughtering Gramscian fucking Commie lunacy is to refuse to enforce every law. And that's the fucking problem.
