Man bites dog. Prosecutor understands Constitution.
Couple months ago some Aryan types were charged with "hate littering" for distributing pamphlets. Now, rather amazingly, the charge has been dropped. "Deputy City Attorney Anna Eckhart says the charges were dropped last week because the fliers weren't any different than any other political handout -- and that means they're perfectly legal to distribute."
Good job! Eckhart actually understands the First Amendment, understands that it can even be stretched (grudgingly and reluctantly) to protect unfashionable and unorthodox speech. Most prosecutors believe that it only protects explicit recitations of Leninist doctrine, such as the script of any randomly chosen TV show. ¶ 2:14 PM
