UCC true to form
Unsurprisingly the head of the United Communist Church is loudly defending Obama's pastor. I found the comments under his article, mainly from UCC members, more interesting than his predictable orthodoxy. Clearly the merged denominations are not comfortable together, and clearly the Dutch and German Reformed elements (ie Calvinists) don't like the "social gospel" (ie Alinsky's translation of Lenin's gospel) that the main Congregational branch has taken up since 1960. They should re-split.
