The warning is right there on the label.
Still thinking about the misuse of stats vs time graphs. How did this happen and why?
When you ask the right question, the answer is easy.
The right question: Cui bono stats?
Easy answer: Stats were invented by cheaters to cheat suckers.
Specifically, stat methods were developed by dissipated effete aristocratic English gamblers to gain an advantage in their useless nonproductive games of chance.
Stat methods are explicitly and solely meant to handle the turn of a card or the spin of a roulette wheel.
Single independent time-free events.
When we learned stats in high school, this explicit warning was in the textbook.
Anyone who uses stats to describe TIME-DEPENDENT variables is cheating, using stats as those aristocratic criminals intended, to steal an unfair advantage over suckers who don't know the game is fixed.
The motto of all stats users is:
Never give a sucker a p=0.5 break.
