Well, fuck.
The "protests" turned into a small riot in downtown Spokane last night. Now everybody is using the riot to blame everybody else. This is the PURPOSE, of course. Total chaos, total discord, total war, total death. Everyone except Bezos dies.
This is, of course, exactly what both Inslee and Trump want. Total war. They are working together to generate chaos, and too many "independent" people on "both" "sides" are ready to help them.
Now there's a curfew downtown, and further cuts in bus service, at least for the moment.
Will the city and state and nation decide to bring everything else back to normal to reduce the overall craziness? Now that even CDC has abandoned the whole "social distancing" lunacy, there's no fake "science" to "justify" the craziness. There never was any real science, as some of us have been SHOUTING from the start.
Normalcy would remove one of the driving forces of protest. This is what led FDR to restore normalcy to the economy. Huge revolutionary forces were gathering under "left" and "right" flags, and both of those flags had already become dictatorships in other countries. After he got things turned in the right direction, the revolutions faded.
Will anyone learn the lesson now? Highly unlikely. That would be sane, and nobody in power is sane. There are no FDRs.
By now nobody else is sane either. That's the real virus. When nobody gives a fuck for civilization (including me) there's no hope for civilization.
