Is it peer-reviewed?
Peer review and 'cite your evidence' have been meaningless demands in discussions for a long time. Nobody really wants evidence. The demand for evidence simply means SHUT UP.
People with real experience in academia understand that peer review doesn't mean much, and citation doesn't mean much. Both are measures of status and power, not measures of truth and validity. If you want tenure you have to participate in the peer-review system. That's all it means. In most cases peer-review guarantees orthodoxy, not originality.
The threateners who always "ask" if a statement has been peer reviewed are now the murderous genocidal enforcers of the lockdown technique, which didn't get ANYWHERE NEAR peer review in medical circles. It's completely unorthodox and infinitely
"innovative disruptive". It was never published, never suggested as a public health technique. The lockdown was perfected and optimized by ARMIES for thousands of years under the old names of "siege" or "blockade". It was directly imported from China, rebranded as a "health" technique, and instantly applied to "medicine" by nearly all states and cities and countries at the same time.
Real public health techniques have been tested and optimized by 100 years of real clinical experience in real medicine. They don't need academic peer review.

We'll never get out of this hellish mess until someone authoritatively breaks the blackmail, by revealing ALL the details of the instant command. Who ordered ALL the "public" "health" officials in the world to make war on their people at the same moment? How was the order enforced? What was the blackmail threat? Why did a few countries and states resist? Why did those noble heroes remain alive?
I'm keeping an eye on Europe. The EU countries have been pulling out of the siege faster than US and much faster than UK. More importantly, some EU countries are actually trying to find out what happened so it won't happen again. We'll never get even the teeeensiest femtofemtofragment of truth from US and UK. Blackmail is rigidly locked down here.
(FYI,
Aaron Ginn does a good job of tracking Euro developments.)
