For the first 150 years of oil exploration, waste was stored in ponds on site, which gradually biodegraded because HYDROCARBONS are ORGANIC. A pond was dirty and smelly, but if the site was properly fenced it didn't harm cattle or humans.
These earthquakes are DIRECTLY AND SIMPLY AND PURELY CAUSED BY THE EPA. If you carbon idiots want to sue the responsible party, sue EPA.

Wastewater from fossil fuel production has long been associated with tremors, as producers dispose of it by injecting jets into separate wells dug below ground. The United States Geological Survey says that wastewater disposal from oil and gas production is the number one cause of human-induced earthquakes in the central and eastern US.Producers DIDN'T dispose of waste by injection until EPA required it.

But in the wake of vast fossil fuel exploration, their numbers have skyrocketed from around 20 a year in 2008 to more than 400 annually.There was MUCH VASTER exploration between 1900 and 1950, but there were no unusual earthquakes because the waste was NOT FUCKING INJECTED.
