All languages and writing systems and monetary systems evolved in societies with slaves, because ALL societies had slaves before 1750. So you need to stop talking and writing, and stop receiving money. Perhaps you could communicate using quantum qubits, and get paid only in Bitcoin. But quantum qubits and Bitcoin were designed using math symbols developed before 1750, and carried on wires and electrical systems that were designed in America before 1861, so they're also taboo. You need to develop a method of communicating and payment that doesn't depend in any way on anything that happened before right now. But right now is defined by clocks and calendars that have been around for 5000 years. Good luck, dude. Later: Other commenters caught the vastly more important point which I totally missed. Nike shoes are made by ACTUAL SLAVES RIGHT NOW. Colin has no problem with MAKING MILLIONS OF BLOOD DOLLARS BY DIRECTLY ENDORSING ACTUAL SLAVE LABOR RIGHT NOW, but has a big problem with symbols vaguely connected with places where slavery was practiced 250 years ago. ¶ 9:00 AM
