Gabbard is starting to pick up a little after a flat start. She's hitting back fairly hard against the genocidal media with its vile destruction of all truth.
Let's ask a broader question: Aside from the infinitely loony RUSSIAN_BOT crap, would Russia prefer a less aggressive America? Fuck yes.
Even broader: Which other countries would ALSO prefer a less murderous America?
EVERY COUNTRY EXCEPT SAUDI AND ISRAEL.
And there are signs that even Saudi is getting tired of the game, starting to hedge its bets with some Russian weapons.
So: If we're going to identify Tulsi as an 'agent' for some country, the most accurate identification is that she is an 'agent' for all the world except Saudi and Israel.
Tulsi is not a RUSSIAN_BOT, she is a WORLD_BOT.

I'm irrelevantly but irresistibly reminded of the old FBI radio show, which was a fake cover story for the incalculably evil real FBI, but had lots of good writing and acting anyway. At the end of EVERY episode, the criminals just happened to be gathered in one place, ready to shoot each other. Right at that moment the FBI dudes always broke in and said "We're agents for the FBI. Here are our credentials."
This would be a nice ending for the USA Imperial Crime Syndicate episode.
