Anschluss
Macron's latest move is an outright Anschluss mit Deutschland. No more EU nice guy, letting the drab mechanisms of Brussels exterminate les Deplorables. Nope, now we're bringing in the Krauts directly.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron will sign the "Aachen treaty" later this month which will govern a coordinated diplomatic front as well as joint actions on peacekeeping missions. What's more - areas on both sides of the Franco-German border will be encouraged to establish "Eurodistricts" in which both countries would merge water, electricity and public transport networks.One more guaranteed step toward total revolution.... but it may be a smart strategy for Macron's personal survival. It's a little like Castling in chess, used only in emergencies to get the King out of the way. He's sacrificing the entire French government to save his toyboy banker ass. Now he's no longer the real target of the Yellowjackets. They're up against the Krauts, who have always enjoyed frog hunting. ¶ 6:34 AM
