Classic example
This is a classic example of the old game of Telephone.

Spokane News initially misheard "barn fire" as "bonfire". The initial report took on
a life of its own, creating templates and preconceptions in the minds of the readers as they discussed the bonfire and formed opinions about the bonfire. When the truth started to filter through, it had a hard time breaking up the preconceptions and opinions.
In this case the mishearing was purely accidental. Our demonic media never do it accidentally. Our demonic media ALWAYS use the first report to set up their chosen narrative, stated as a flat and obvious fact, carefully calculated to incite riots and wars and chaos. They don't care if the truth eventually comes out. The initial demonic narrative is cast in stone by then. Viewers and readers will reject the truth as "conspiracy theories" as per instructions.
