WE ARE THE MASTERS OF THE SOYBEAN UNIVERSE!
Why do so many 'independent' people still cling to out-of-date worldviews? Why do they still tell us that the situation MIGHT get worse IF we don't do the right thing?
In fact we never did the right thing, the situation ALREADY GOT WORSE many years ago, and there's no IF.
Typical is a ZH comment on Turkey's eastward move:
Trump needs to pull finger. The 2016 bungled CIA coup was Obama's doing, but if Trump doesn't fix things, the most strategically important region of the world will drift into Russia's and China's circle of influence.
Imagine a Russian, Chinese, Iranian and Turkish alliance. Goodbye western world.
No need to imagine. It already happened. Turkey is now inside the Silk Road alliance. It's not as firm as the rest because Erdogan is wiggly. He always tries to have it both ways. Nevertheless we've lost all of those countries and we won't get them back. We've even lost Israel and Saudi, our major clients. Both are buying weapons and nuke plants from Russia.

I think the underlying bad assumption is: "Those foreigners CAN'T leave. They need us. We're indispensable. We're EXCEPTIONAL."
This was true in 1989 when we smashed Russia to satisfy Soros, and still true in 1999 when Soros agent Yeltsin was holocausting 6 million Russians to satisfy our psychotic bloodlust. It stopped being true in 2000 when Putin declared independence from Soros and USA.
Simple fact: We no longer have ANYTHING that any country needs.
They can buy EVERYTHING elsewhere, with better conditions and less murder.
Some countries have turned self-sufficient under the torture of our sanctions.
Others have turned toward China because China is a CAPITALIST country. Our dealings with Africa always involved military war and cultural war. We gave billions to the corrupt leaders of African countries in exchange for their nominal support. Our "aid" came with all sorts of "human" "rights" requirements, forcing Africans to violate Natural Law. We organized rebellions and armed both sides.
China just deals with local farmers and businesses on a strictly CAPITALIST level. China invests in their enterprises, offers TECHNICAL aid, and expects to buy their products in return. China doesn't force Africans to declare allegiance to LGBTQQ2A or "global warming".
What do we have that other countries can't get EASILY elsewhere? Soybeans. That's all.
