I've been treating the Federal monster as a giant racket, which implies a conscious purpose or intention.

Try something else. Se-lu. To solve the problem, loosen the concept, loosen the diagnosis. Treat it instead as a giant human.

What's the pathology?

The lower brainstem and spinal reflexes are still running. Breathing and heartbeat and muscles all good. Taxes in, pensions and wages out.

The parietal lobe is working in a basic way, receiving sensory data and moving muscles in response. Weather data and agricultural data in, subsidies and contracts adjusted.

But the frontal lobe is gone. Decision-making is absent, replaced by a fight-or-flight reflex permanently stuck on fight. Since 1946 the fighting makes no sense, serves no purpose, even when judged by cynical Machiavellian standards. It's not defending or preserving anything. It doesn't deter attacks; it EXPLICITLY CREATES ATTACKS. 9/11 happened BECAUSE of our insane aggression in the Arab world. We're losing territory instead of gaining territory. Allies are running away as fast as they can cut loose. But there's no feedback mechanism to examine this totally counterproductive and suicidal result. Just the raw reflex, turned up to 100000000000000. Killing and killing and killing and killing and killing.

Temporal lobe is gone. Speech and hearing are gone. Instead of giving information and guidance, the government screeches and roars incoherently, babbling about delusional THINGS THAT DO NOT EXIST. Instead of offering discipline to maintain internal order, the monster runs around committing and creating crimes, killing and killing and killing and killing and killing.

Which parts should be ablated to halt the permanent seizure?

Leave the brainstem in place. Leave the mechanical agencies that operate without decisions. IRS, SS, VA, Post office, agriculture and commerce departments.

Ablate everything else. The frontal and temporal lobes, the pieces that were originally designed to make decisions, give guidance and maintain order. Legislature, judiciary, executive, "law" "enforcement", military, diplomats.
