None of these connections are secret. All of these connections involve a user and a seller. CIA will continue to buy hacking services from Google and Apple. Cops will continue to use Ruger guns. Roofers will continue to use Ingersoll-Rand hammers and compressors. I will continue to eat Safeway tomatoes.
