Wallace vs Inslee
Jay Inslee and Moonbeam Brown are following in the proud tradition of George Wallace and Orval Faubus.
There is a difference.
Wallace and Faubus were defending constitutional LAW against Federal CRIME. They were fighting AGAINST an illegal court action which claimed to be making "law". Federal courts cannot make or revise or repeal laws. When they claim to take those actions, they are committing a CRIME.
Inslee and Brown (and other western "governors") are defending judge-made CRIME against plain and simple Federal LAW. The LAW written by Congress gives the president authority to exclude immigrants from any and all nations, and all recent presidents have used this authority properly and rationally. Trump is continuing to use the authority properly and rationally. Inslee is using the illegitimate CRIME of Federal courts to violate plain and simple Federal LAW.
